		Two of the major themes of the Arts & Crafts Movement are the Great Out of Doors and Comfortable Furniture. So a blend of the two is as logical as a pocket on a shirt. Result: Outdoor Furniture.
		Some accommodation has to be made, however. While oak is very durable, it doesn't handle weather very well. So for this piece we used cypress, which will weather over time to a pleasing silver grey.
		And leather doesn't handle the wet very well, either, so store bought cushions seemed called for. But being able to recline is always relaxing inside or out, so we incorporated a modified Morris chair reclining mechanism.
		Result: The perfect place to nap under the wide blue sky.
